2006 Tournament Results
Barrows and Clark Win First Ever Michigan East FOM!
A great big thanks goes out to Grace Baptist Church of Belleville MI who host
our first Friday night meeting, and treated our anglers to a great fried chicken
dinner and hosted our meeting.
Two weeks of rain had left Belleville Lake really muddied up, which made for
some pretty tough fishing, for our 13 teams that fished our first event. But
it didn't keep our winners Kevin Barrows and Mark Clark from bringing in a
10.93 oz limit, including a 3.14 smallie good enough to take big bass honors.
Taking second place honors was the team of Budnick and Ripley with a 9.01
limit. Followed closely by Bors and Czarnecki with an 8.84 limit.
Rounding out the rest of the top 10 teams is 4) Stolz and Stansberry with
8.47 : 5) Cowen and Holmes with 8.30 : 6)Taylor and Taylor with 7.90 : 7)
Carpenter and Hayes with 8) 4.80 Lewis and Ewing with 4.50 : 9) Snyder and
Ganeko 4.19 : and 10)Hintz and Wasiak with 3.03.
The weekend went smooth thanks to our volunteers John Hancock, Paul Davis,
and Ralph Varney. We would also like to thank our Divisional Sponsers Wayne
